You have thought about a possible need to be met in a community and created a new role to fulfil that need, well done! This is a very specific role you have created, helping members of the police who have been injured on duty. I like how you have also included PTSD and walking therapy - you have thought of many possible effects of injury, including mental health. Next time, it would be great to see what the PDSCAT stands for? you could possibly make a logo for your community organisation/role as well. Great work, Eric and Garuth.
